Oh the joys of growing a graden!!!

There is a simple joy in life when you take care and nurture a plant, then you are able to use the produce! I think that food tastes so much better when you grow it yourself! :o)

I am so spoiled here in Omaha having a garden...I am going to miss it in Texas!!

After making brushcetta....I thought what about a caprese-type pizza....... Caprese is an Italian food made with bread, mozzerella, tomato and oil.....so I wanted to make it into a pizza and put my own spin on it.
